Refund policy

ART PRINTS

Our customers can take advantage of a comprehensive 14-day refund policy if there are any concerns about the quality of the art prints. It's important to note that returned items must be in impeccable condition, just as you received them.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK 

For original artwork, exchanges are welcome for a piece of equal or greater value (subject to availability). However, original artwork cannot be returned for a refund. 

COMMISSIONS

Please be aware that commissioned art, given its intricate and time-consuming production, is not eligible for refund or exchange. Commissioned pieces are created to fulfil the specific needs of a customer and are not suitable for resale.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. If you are shipping an original painting of a significant value, please consider insuring it, as we cannot guarantee its safe arrival.
